Abstract:
This article consists of four sections. The first section discusses the challenges to the future of institutional reform. The second section considers whether attorneys should stay the course or change their strategy to safeguard future success. The third section lists several recommended changes in litigation strategy. The final section concludes by observing that to ensure that reforms are long-lasting, attorneys should always fine-tune their strategies to the situation at hand. In this way, their strategy fits the facts of the case, not the other way around.
